BUFFALO SAUCE
Buffalo sauce is such an addictive sauce! It went on most of the chicken we'd send out to customers. If you want real Buffalo sauce you have to make it yourself. The stuff in bottles at the supermarkets usually have a lot of extra additives which just isn't the real thing. Follow our simple recipe to make your own homemade buffalo sauce. Make extra and store it in the fridge for at least a few weeks.
Servings: 300 ml of Buffalo Sauce
Ingredients
- 180 ml Franks Hot Sauce (available in our shop)
- 120 grams Butter
- 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder (Optional)
Instructions
- Pour the franks hot sauce into a bowl
- Melt the butter until it's runny and add to the franks hot sauce
- (optional) If adding the garlic powder, add it now
- Give it all a good mix and voila! You've made your own Buffalo Sauce

- This works beautifully on any piece of fried chicken and it's even better when you have Blue Cheese Sauce with it
