    Absolutely love this, cornflakes make it very crunchy! Used this on some deboned chicken thighs. Shallow fried for 1 minute on each side and then finished cooking in the oven for around 10 minutes. Came out perfectly cooked and had it in burgers with some garlic mayo and firecracker sauce. Kids and mrs loved it. 4 new fans of Whites chicken! Had some left over the next day and still tasted lovely. Will definitely order again, better yet will order a few packs next time

I see myself as a bit of fried chicken expert, having tried chicken all up and down the UK and places in the US. Trust me, this is right up there with the best. It’s got a perfect blend of flavour, texture and smell. Definitely try the recipes for your chicken and make sure you deep fry your fried chicken. Nothing compares

    There’s not too much heat in it, which is perfect for me. I don’t like other coatings which are either too salty or too spicy, but this one and the Panko one (a little heat) are perfect. Don’t dare try the Reaper one
