Great fried chicken and some lovely flavours. Favourite was the Reaper one

Bloody heck! This made some amazing fried chicken. We followed the recipes on the recipes page (btw you need to upload some more) and tried the buttermilk burgers. We coated the chicken in the buttermilk (used the buttermilk hack) and then coated in the bird dusy. We got some advice to mix a couple of the coatings when we enquired with the Whites team – who were very happy to help and obviously know their fried chicken (reaper with panko or crunchy works exceptionally well).
When it came to cooking we cooked using a skillet pan filled with about a half inch of cooking oil. The slices of coated chicken breast were quite thin which cooked in about 5 minutes.
Overall very happy with all of it. We all loved the taste and was easy enough to make, even though there were a few dishes to clean up from the buttermilk and coating steps. May use a zip freezer bag next time. Took about 35 minutes to make everything from scratch. Will be trying the buffalo sauce again as I think I put too much butter in the first time. Well done guys keep up the good work

Excellent fried chicken coating, as good as restaurants! We was amazed to try it at home. I sprayed the chicken with oil and baked it. Couldn’t tell the difference between fried and baked chicken..

Tried all 3 and got perfect chicken every time! Had a small chicken cut up into 8 pieces. Tried each coating, cooked in a deep fryer which was pretty straightforward. My favourite was the panko with some pickles, sauce and potato wedges. I can’t believe I didn’t know these coatings existed! Whites definitely making fried chicken better for everyone. My weekend fix done

Some lovely flavours here when cooked right I’m sure you wont be disappointed. Whites chicken recipes have definitely won me over.

What I loved about these packets of bird dust are the quality of ingredients. The corn flake dust and the panko dust are absolutely delicious and very different from the cheap coatings that are at best, plain flour that’s slightly seasoned

Move over KFC, you’ve got some competition in flavour town

Although it was very tasty, it was a bit of a struggle to make. I wasnt sure whether I was doing the right thing and what the chicken should look like while I was making it. I did follow the instructions on the pack and followed the recipes. I think an explainer video would be really helpful to help novices like me.

Bought the bird dust packs from our local butchers. We made the best fried chicken ever! We used some chicken thighs that had the bone removed. We stucl to the instructions on the packet and put the chicken into a bowl of buttermilk for the night. The next day we coated it in the crunchy coating and sprayed with some oil and cooked on a shallow oil frying pan and then put in a hot oven for around 10 mins and honestly we had the most soft chicken on the inside. There was a lovely crunch on the outside. We had in burgers with coleslaw and sauces and the kids couldnt wait so we sliced the thighs which the kids were happy to eat straight away. Really happy with this. We didnt get a chanc to upload pics because we’d already finished before we got a chance. Will definitely be using to cook again tomorrow. Will try the panko one next with some katsu curry sauce and rice. Very pleased and highly recommended Thank you whites!

We did have some problems with the courier getting it to us, but when it did eventually arrive, we had some of the best fried chicken ever. Honestly was bang on. Dropped a star because of the delivery taking longer than expected. But everything else was perfect
